Cardiac extension of renal cell carcinoma

Abstract

We present the case of a sixty-two-year-old man evaluated for a dyspnea episode. Echocardiographic study revealed a tumor in the right atrium that was related to a right kidney neoplasm. Complete resection was possible with a combined thoracic and abdominal approach. Pathological study indicated a renal cell carcinoma.
