Abstract
The paper presents the synthesis of sulfonyl tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives as well as the antimicrobial activity of the obtained compounds. The investigations showed that the obtained sulfonyl derivatives of pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidines and especially the compounds with free amino group reveal interesting antibacterial and antifungal activity.
