Abstract

Tea glycoprotein (TGC) was extracted from coarse tea leaves produced in Jiangxi Province. The separation and purification were carried out by using gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Furthermore, relative molecular mass (M(r)) of TGC was determined by gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS), respectively. It is 51 500.
