Bone lesions in Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) are rare. Some present as a painless lytic lesion of which a few do not seem to present well on plain radiographs. We describe a case of osseous KS presenting with sclerotic lesion in the neck of femur confirmed by bone biopsy, very rarely reported in literature, to the best of our knowledge, suggesting variable pattern of bone involvement in non-contiguous spread of the disease.
