Abstract
This report describes a 58 -year -old patient with a giant unruptured asymptomatic aneurysm of right valsava sinus, as well as the significant contribution of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of this cardiovascular disorder and identification of its relationship with surrounding thoracic organs.
