Effect of thyrotropin-releasing hormone on activity of bulbar cardiovascular neurons

Bull Exp Biol Med. 2003 Oct;136(4):323-4. doi: 10.1023/b:bebm.0000010941.74438.28.

Abstract

Acute experiments on narcotized cats showed that intravenous injection of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (20 microg/kg) inhibited discharge activity of most afferent neurons and interneurons in the bulbar cardiovascular center.
