Abstract

Objective: To study the variation of shape of Fructus Cnidii from different habitats.

Methods: The methods of computer image processing and cluster analysis were adopted.

Results: The shape of Fructus Cnidii from different habitats varied significantly.

Conclusion: According to the results of computer image processing and cluster analysis, Fructus Cnidii can be classified into three types.
