PIP: Consideration is given to the population forecasts available to the authorities in the Netherlands responsible for housing policy and housing research. The need for improved data is discussed. In particular, those responsible for the provision of future housing would like to see more emphasis on household-level data and improved data on internal migration flows. (summary in ENG)
