Probl Am Lat. 1986:(82):89-99.
[Article in French]

Abstract

PIP: Recent international migration affecting Argentina is reviewed. The authors note that there has been considerable emigration since the 1950s, partly for political reasons but primarily for economic reasons. They suggest that even if the political climate has changed, economic conditions in the country are not such as to create favorable conditions for return migration.
