In this paper, the author will discuss the system design of one portable myocardial infarction monitoring system which possesses the functions of the general arrhythmia monitoring and the alarm & emergency of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This system also can provide accurate real time ECG signal parameters for clinic diagnosis.
