The study was done in Clinic of Pathology Pregnancy in A.M. in Łódź in 1998-2000 y. The first group consist of women after endometriosis treatment--30, the second--30 healthy pregnant women. The course of pregnancy and delivery was observed. High rate of: women over 35 years old, preterm delivery, cervical insufficiency treated surgically, caesarean sections rate were observed in group of women after endometriosis treatment. There was no difference at neonatal state between groups.
