Data on the application of plastic methods for filling wound defects after surgical management of 48 patients with purulent disease of the upper extremity are presented. 6 various modes were used depending on the size and location of the wounds. To achieve complete rehabilitation of the operated extremity and favorable functional and cosmetic results the earliest filling of wounds in purulent surgery is obligatory.
