Child Health Care. 1981 Summer;10(1):8-10. doi: 10.1207/s15326888chc1001_2.

Abstract

As outdoor, free, public Children's Fair for Multicultural Health Activities provided appropriate participatory exhibits, experiences, materials, and conversations for predominantly non-Anglo children and families. The purpose was to reduce fears, create greater understanding of the role of parents, and increase awareness of the family's emotional needs when the child is in health care.
