[A probe into the editorial layout of the Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang]

Abstract

The style of Fang Shu() has been developing and improving since it was established in the Qin and Han Dynasties, and it has reached a climax in the Song Dynasty. On the basis of prescriptions, the Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang (, Universal Benefit from My Prsactice) added Xu Shuwei's clinical cases and new experience. So it's called "Ben Shi" . This paper starts from the style of compiling febrile diseases in the Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang, taking the layout of prescription, medical record and medical theory as the research object, discusses the internal relationship between the expression of academic focus and the change of style and structure of works. The whole book is based on prescriptions, through medical cases and medical theories explained the prescription, expanding relevant content, integrating the three parts as a whole, combined with the clinical practice and theoretical analysis, further explanation and proof of the efficacy of the formula. Combined with the changes of the style of the Fang Shu, this paper expounds that the combination of case and theory supporting prescription is an important feature of the compilation style of Fang Shu.

方书的体例自秦汉时期确立以来不断发展完善,至两宋方书体例的创新达到一个高潮。《普济本事方》在方剂的基础上,增加了许叔微的临床医案及其"所得新意",因此以"本事"为名。从《普济本事方》编撰伤寒内容的体例出发,以方剂、医案、医论3种要素的编排体例为研究对象,探讨其学术重点的表达与著作体例结构变化之间的内在关系。全书以方为纲,通过医案、医论对方剂进行解释说明,并勾连方剂之间的关系,扩展相关内容,将方、案、论合为一体,结合临床实际与理论分析,进一步解释、证明所载方剂的疗效,并结合历代方书体例的变迁,阐述案论结合佐证方剂有效性是方书类编撰体例的重要特征。.
