Abstract

Matthias Lutolf is the scientific director of the Roche Institute for Translational Bioengineering and a full professor at the Institutes of Bioengineering and of Chemical Sciences and Engineering at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). He uses cutting-edge bioengineering strategies for guiding stem cell-based development for the assembly of next-generation organoids with improved reproducibility and physiological relevance.
