Introduction: Maffucci's syndrome is a congenital non-hereditary disease very similar to Ollier's disease and associates multiple cutaneous hemangiomas, dyschondroplasia and often enchondromas.
Exegesis: We report a unique case involving synchronous localization of chondrosarcoma in nasal fossae and anterior chest wall, disclosing Maffucci's syndrome.
Conclusion: Atypical chondrosarcoma localization must lead to further investigation of potential multiple enchondromatosis.
