Evaluation of nutritional status

Abstract

The assessment of nutritional status may involve estimates of food intake, and anthropometric, biochemical and immune tests. Errors are frequently observed both in the methodology, and the way the methodology is utilized. An attempt will be made at a general constructive criticism of the current methodologies.
