Abstract

急性心肌梗死并发心原性休克时,一系列处理策略(包括紧急冠状动脉血运重建,优化机械辅助循环装置使用,多学科“休克团队”协作)的实施,一定程度上改善了临床预后,但这些患者的30 d死亡率仍较高。多种模式已用于急性心肌梗死并发心原性休克时血流动力学监测,对病情危重或经初始优化治疗后休克症状改善不明显的患者,肺动脉导管和脉搏指数连续心排血量等成为严密血流动力学监测和个体化容量管理的重要工具。血流动力学监测有助于临床医生对急性心肌梗死并发心原性休克做出早期诊断、精准治疗和预后评估的决策,提高救治质量和疗效。.
