Abstract

胃的胃肠间质瘤（GIST）术前通常难以获得病理，临床上容易造成误诊。胃外压迫误诊为胃GIST的报道较少，本文报道1例术前超声胃镜和腹部CT诊断考虑为胃GIST的患者，术中发现为膈肌肿物，行膈肌肿物切除，术后病理为血管瘤。.
