Torsion of an intra-abdominal testis is a rare cause of acute abdominal pain in the post-pubertal male but must be considered in men presenting with abdominal pain and a history of cryptorchidism. We present an unusual case of a patient with acute abdominal pain found to have torsion of a left intra-abdominal testis and his management.
