Abstract

婴儿型半球胶质瘤（infant-type hemispheric glioma）是一种新定义的发生在婴幼儿的脑胶质瘤，位于大脑半球，组织学表现多样，主要表现为高级别形态。这类肿瘤存在受体酪氨酸激酶驱动的基因改变，并可受益于相应的靶向治疗。本文报道1例婴儿型半球胶质瘤，结合其病理形态，免疫组织化学及分子检测结果，讨论其临床病理特征、治疗及鉴别诊断，以提高病理医师及临床医师对这类新肿瘤的认识。.
