Abstract

Two new integracides, dedimethyl integracide B (1) and integracide K (2), were isolated from rice cultures of Fusarium armeniacum M-3, an endophyte isolated from Digitaria ciliaris, together with the known terpenoids, integracide B (3) and 2-deoxy-integracide B (4). Assignment of the signals in the ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra of 1 and 2 was achieved using DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY spectra. Compound 2 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against HeLa cells.
