Objective: The investigation and research on the application status of Hepatic Venous Pressure Gradient (HVPG) is very important to understand the real situation and future development of this technology in China. Methods: This study comprehensively investigated the basic situation of HVPG technology in China, including hospital distribution, hospital level, annual number of cases, catheters used, average cost, indications and existing problems. Results: According to the survey, there were 70 hospitals in China carrying out HVPG technology in 2021, distributed in 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central Government). A total of 4 398 cases of HVPG were performed in all the surveyed hospitals in 2021, of which 2 291 cases (52.1%) were tested by HVPG alone. The average cost of HVPG detection was (5 617.2±2 079.4) yuan. 96.3% of the teams completed HVPG detection with balloon method, and most of the teams used thrombectomy balloon catheter (80.3%). Conclusion: Through this investigation, the status of domestic clinical application of HVPG has been clarified, and it has been confirmed that many domestic medical institutions have mastered this technology, but it still needs to continue to promote and popularize HVPG technology in the future.

目的： 肝静脉压力梯度（HVPG）应用现状调查研究对了解此项技术在国内应用真实情况及未来发展至关重要。 方法： 全面调查了国内开展HVPG技术的基本情况，包括该技术的医院分布、医院级别、全年例数、所用导管、平均费用、适应证、存在问题等。 结果： 经调查，2021年我国开展HVPG技术的医院有70家，分布在28个省（自治区、直辖市）。所有调研医院2021年度共计开展HVPG 4 398例，其中单独HVPG检测2 291例（52.1%）。HVPG平均检测费用（5 617.2±2 079.4）元。其中，96.3%团队使用球囊闭塞法完成HVPG检测，且绝大多数团队使用取栓球囊导管（80.3%）。 结论： 本次调研明确了国内HVPG的临床应用现状，证实了国内多家医疗机构已经熟练掌握此项技术，但未来仍需要继续推广和普及。.
