This article has been retracted at the request of the Authors. The Authors state that they have unknowingly and unintentionally violated GISAID data use rule. The publication uses data in violation of the terms and conditions that contributors and users agree to through the GISAID Database Access Agreement ("DAA") and therefore needs to be retracted.
