Abstract

症状性单纯重度主动脉瓣反流（AR）的标准治疗方法为外科主动脉瓣置换术，但对于解剖合适的高危患者，使用经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）是合理的。该文报道一例高危单纯AR合并腹主动脉瘤患者成功经颈动脉行TAVR的病例。患者术后症状缓解，术后1个月随访超声心动图提示人工瓣膜功能良好，短期疗效满意。.
