Abstract

程序性死亡蛋白-1（programmed cell death protein-1，PD-1）抗体治疗引起的暴发性1型糖尿病（fulminant type 1 diabetes，FT1D）罕见，但一旦发生会危及生命。本文报告1例肺鳞癌患者使用PD-1抗体治疗后出现FT1D伴酮症酸中毒，并复习相关文献，以期提高对该疾病的认识。.
