Abstract
胃淋巴瘤是我国最常见的胃恶性肿瘤之一，近年来发病率明显上升。胃淋巴瘤的发生与幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，HP）感染所致的慢性胃炎关系密切。慢性胃炎、宿主反应以及特征性炎性微环境在胃淋巴瘤的发生发展中扮演着重要角色。该文重点综述了HP感染相关性慢性胃炎与胃B细胞淋巴瘤的相关研究进展。.
