Abstract

嵌合抗原受体（CAR）-T细胞疗法是目前治疗复发难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病的有效方法。近年来，该领域研究发展迅速，尤其在CAR基因结构的改进、CAR-T细胞治疗过程中不良反应的发生及其对策、新技术的应用等方面有了明显的进展。本综述主要阐述CAR-T的结构和新型设计、不良反应及其对策、基因编辑新技术的应用以及提高CAR-T疗法有效性和安全性等方面的进展。.
