Abstract

1例以"注意力不集中"为主诉的9岁患儿表现为注意缺陷、认知功能损害、共济失调快速进展，结合临床表现、辅助检查及基因检测结果，诊断为肾上腺脑白质营养不良。该类患儿早期症状易与注意缺陷多动障碍混淆，儿科医师需注意鉴别。.
