Temporal Control of Appetite by AgRP Clocks

Cell Metab. 2019 May 7;29(5):1022-1023. doi: 10.1016/j.cmet.2019.04.009.

Abstract

Neuronal control of diurnal appetitive drive is not well understood. In this issue, a study by Cedernaes et al. (2019) elucidates a key role of AgRP neuronal clocks and delineates the cell-type-specific transcriptional landscape in the temporal regulation of hunger.
