Shall Patients With a History of Inflammatory Bowel Disease-Related Surgery Be Excluded in the Assessment of Sexual Function?

Abstract

Surgical treatment is not rare for patients with IBD. Currently, surgery seems to have a protective effect on sexual function. Thus, exclusion of those treated with IBD related surgery may affect conclusions.
