Fluconazole is a member of the triazole family and stands as a cornerstone in the realm of antifungal agents, offering widespread therapeutic utility. This medication addresses a spectrum of fungal afflictions, including vaginal candidiasis, oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis, urinary tract infections, peritonitis, and systemic Candida infections.
