Abstract
Described in the article is the technique of temporary roentgenoendovascular balloon occlusion of major arteries during reconstructive and restorative operations in patients with post-traumatic arteriovenous fistulas and false aneurysms. Also presented are two clinical case reports demonstrating efficacy of preliminary temporary roentgenoendovascular occlusion of vessels in reconstructive operations on lower limb arteries for post-traumatic lesions thereof.
