For several years higher education institutions are trying to support scientists in an attempt to commercialize the results of research, although the process is complex. The practice in the world shows that the cooperation of science and business is possible and results in the implementation of modern solutions as real applications. It is important to scientists and people planning a career in science knew the rules and limitations of the above process.
