The effect of immunotoxin against human glioma cells

Neurochirurgia (Stuttg). 1989 Sep;32(5):146-9. doi: 10.1055/s-2008-1054024.

Abstract

The authors produced immunotoxin by coupling the diphtheria toxin fragment A to the monoclonal antibody against a human glioma cell line. This toxin selectively inhibited protein synthesis of glioma cells in culture.
