Abstract

Laboratory methods of examination revealed the hyperprolactinemia syndrome in the clinical picture of 4 females with craniopharyngiomas. The patients died and pathoanatomical study showed that all of them had, besides craniopharyngioma, hormonally active microadenoma of the hypophysis which, evidently, was the cause of the atypical clinical picture of the disease.
