Abstract

Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is not easy. To show echography's value in extra-uterine pregnancy, the author studied 87 cases where the diagnosis was confirmed. The real diagnosis has been found in only 8 cases by echography. A great probability existed in 32 cases. 36 times, the diagnosis was suggested by echography, but it was refuted 11 times. Echography must be unassuming in the diagnosis of extra-uterine pregnancy.
