Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is felt as a menace for the patients, their family, and the society. The consequences of this pathology give rise to notions of legal protection, the right to information and to decide. Indeed, how should an elderly person in a situation of extreme fragility be protected at best? This article provides some answers.
