RNA-DNA hybrid origami: folding of a long RNA single strand into complex nanostructures using short DNA helper strands

Chem Commun (Camb). 2013 Jun 18;49(48):5462-4. doi: 10.1039/c3cc41707g. Epub 2013 May 10.

Abstract

Quick folding of a long RNA strand using short DNA staple strands (at a 1 : 1 ratio) into various pre-designed nanostructures in high yields has been demonstrated.
