The thia-zine ring has a half-chair conformation and the Cl atom is in an axial orientation. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by C-H⋯O inter-actions, generating C(8) chains along [100]. A C-H⋯N short contact occurs in the mol-ecule, generating an S(6) ring.
