Abstract
Objective:
To establish the quality standard for Danmo capsule.
Methods:
TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. HPLC was used to determine the content of Salvianolic acid B.
Result:
TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference. The linear range of Salvianolic acid B was 0.120042 - 2.40084 microg (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 103.63%, RSD was 0.6% (n = 6).
Conclusion:
The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Danmo capsule.
