Objective: To analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of Folium Aconiti Kusnezoffii and its decoction.
Method: The analysis was performed by the method of ESI-MS.
Result: The biester-type and the triester-type diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids were hydrolysed after boiling in water, the former was hydrolyzed to 14-benzoylaconine and aconine, the latter to 3-acylaconine.
Conclusion: The method is simple rapid and sensitive, provide a new instrumentality to analyze the active components alignment of aconitum alkaloids on extractive of folium aconiti kusnezoffii.
