Data on organization of antiepidemic measures in town Verkhnyaya Pyshma are presented. Infectious diseases incidence for several years was analyzed, its dependence from quality of preventive measures was shown. Experience on ensuring the epidemiological welfare for vaccine-preventable diseases was described. Results of implementation of regional programs, which allowed to improve the system for infectious diseases surveillance, as well as interactions between territorial administration and services and agencies providing the epidemiologic safety of the area.
