The research is based on the identification of many documentary sources found in the Historical Archive of the Municipal District of Naples, in the State Archive of Naples and in newspaper libraries. The examined documents, relevant to the Agar family, are sources that can lead to the identification of the diseases which led to death the Agar family members, as well as of the doctors in charge and of the embalmers of the children.
