The Chalfont Seizure Severity Scale

J Neurol Neurosurg Psychiatry. 1991 Oct;54(10):873-6. doi: 10.1136/jnnp.54.10.873.

Abstract

Seizure severity has been largely neglected in studies of patients with epilepsy and the evaluations of treatment. A seizure severity scale, that measures the components of seizures that cause patients the most disturbance, is presented with an assessment of the scale's validity and reliability.
