Structure and immunological activity of disubstituted thiosemicarbazide isoxazole derivative

Acta Pol Pharm. 2004 Dec:61 Suppl:82-3.

Abstract

As a part of the research program on isoxazole compounds of immunological activity, we synthesized a new derivative possessing thiosemicarbazide group between 5-amino-3-methylisoxazole-4-carbonyl and phenyl substituent. In the present study, we examined the effect of compound RM2 on the spontaneous proliferative response of splenocytes and mitogen-induced splenocyte proliferation. Synthesis and biological effect is reported.
