Abstract

Hyperkinetic syndrome may be either primary, as part of an organic disease, an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or pervasive developmental disorder, either secondary to mood disorders, specific learning disabilities, or giftedness. Precise diagnosis requires a decision procedure with clinical, anamnestic, behavioral and neuropsychological evaluations.
