Abstract
International Conference on Population and Development (1994) recommended that the scope of reproductive health should be broadened beyond family planning and maternal care. It should include prevention and management of HIV/AIDS/STIs and many others issues. The arguments for this shift and some organizational rules for health reproductive system performance are presented.
