Abstract
Brain tumors diagnosed in neonatal period are extremely rare. A case of neonatal intracranial teratoma with extracranial extension, presenting with upper airway obstruction is reported. The preoperative diagnosis was made by cranial computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.
