Hosp Med. 1998 Nov;59(11):861-5.

For mental health professionals working in areas with large black and minority ethnic populations, adequate training and continuing supervision are essential in providing culturally acceptable services. Local multidisciplinary training is the most suitable method of integrating training and supervision and developing culturally appropriate services.
